Dr. Dhaliwal received hands-on clinical training by working with a variety of reputable agencies across Los Angeles County and being actively involved with various local and national organizations. These include:

• California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation - Division of Juvenile Justice

• Center for Integrated Family & Health Services

• Asian American Psychological Association, Division on South Asian Americans (former Chair)

Dr. Dhaliwal currently works on a forensic inpatient psychiatric unit providing competency restoration treatment for adults adjudicated incompetent to stand trial. She is also an approved member of the Psychiatrist-Psychologist Panel for the Los Angeles Superior Court, where she is available to provide expert evaluations for adult court.

Dr. Dhaliwal is fluent in English and Punjabi and is conversationally proficient in Hindi and Urdu.
